1.) How can I pay for my order? 

We accept payment from all major payment services and providers. See the bottom of the page for available payment methods.

2.) When will my order be shipped? 

All our order will be packaged and posted, with care, within 48 hours of purchase.

3.) How long will my order take to arrive? 

Orders placed before 7pm will arrive 2-4 business days after purchased with standard shipping. Orders above £50 get free shipping but are still provided with the same fast shipping we promise all our customers. 

4.) What are our towels and products made from? 

We strive to ensure that all our products are made from the finest quality materials. Our towels are made from 100% Egyptian cotton so that we can guarantee you won't be disappointed with the quality you receive. 

5.) Where are our products made? 

Our products are manufactured in china but all raw material is sourced from Egyptian cotton fields and factories, whom we make an effort to stay in contact with as part of our goal to ensure safe and fair woking conditions in every stage of the manufacturing process, from harvesting to delivery. 

6.) What is our returns policy? 

We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. That's why we offer a straightforward return process. If you're not completely pleased with your order, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date. The items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received them.
Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will promptly process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, or as store credit if preferred.

7.) Which delivery service do we use? 

All our products are shipped with royal mail and are tracked ensuring you're informed of the latest changes to your order. We pride ourselves on our quick order fulfilment times and from the moment you purchase your luxury towel, your order should be with you to within 2-4 working days. 

8.) What if I'm not home? 

If delivery is attempted and there is no one available to receive the package, Royal mail will leave a slip informing you that delivery was attempted, and that either redelivery will be made as soon as possible, or they'll give you a suitable shop/location near you to collect your package.
